Rachel Pugh FCCA

Rachel joined the accountancy profession in 1989 and is a Fellow of The Association of Chartered Certified Accountants.

She joined B&P Accounting as Manager in 2003 and has since progressed to Associate Partner.

In that time she has implemented new systems and processes and has been instrumental in B&P achieving ‘Investors in People’ accreditation and obtaining Approved Training Practice and Approved Accredited Employer Status with the ACCA which illustrates the firm’s commitment to high standards of professionalism. She is also responsible for in-house recruitment, training and staff development.

Rachel specialises in advising small and medium sized enterprises and has a vast amount of knowledge & experience training and advising clients on their systems, internal controls and, in particular, Sage software.

Outside the working environment Rachel tries to get to the gym whenever possible and is currently learning to play golf.
